In order to modify the access data in cPanel directly from the Sitebunker client account, you must do the following:
-Access the client account here: https://client.sitebunker.net/clientarea.php?language=english
-If you do not have an access password to your Sitebunker.net customer account, click on the "Forgot?" and fill in the main email address of your account; You will then receive the password reset link for your account in that email;
- After accessing the client account, click on the "Services" button - "My services";
-Select the area with the domain for which you want to reset the cPanel password;
-On the left is the group of buttons called "Actions" from where you can reset your cPanel password using the "Change Password" button;
We recommend a very high cPanel password complexity!
