Log in to your cPanel account.

I. For WordPress sites:

  1. Access the document root of the site (from the Domains section).
  2. In the wp-config file, you have the line 'Database username' under which the name of the database(s) is specified. Note down the name of the database in a text file or wherever is convenient for you. 
  3. In cPanel search for Jetbackup5 and select DATABASES. 
  4. Identify the database you noted down in step 2 and click the Choose another backup button. Select the desired backup and click the Restore button.

II. For PrestaShop sites: 

  1. Access the document root of the site (from the Domains section).
  2. Look for the app folder and open app/config/parameters.php file.
  3. Find the line with 'database_name' => 'your_database_name'.  Note down the name of the database in a text file or wherever is convenient for you. 
  4. In cPanel search for Jetbackup5 and select DATABASES. 
  5. Identify the database you noted down in step 3 and click the Choose another backup button. Select the desired backup and click the Restore button.
