First you need to make sure that your site has our nameservers (ns1.nexloc.ro, ns2.nexloc.ro, ns1.sitebunker.net and ns2.sitebunker.net). You can check here: http://www.intodns.com/domain.com(where domain.com is your domain).
Then go to cPanel -> SSL / TLS Status.
-> Run AutoSSL. Usually AutoSSL runs automatically when creating the account if the site has our nameservers setted.
Certificate renewal
The certificate will be automatically renewed when it enters the last 30 days of validity.
