Step 1. Log in to the client account and select the Services drop-down menu and then click on My Services.
Step 2. Select the service for which you want to cancel.
Step 3. Click the "Cancel service" button.
Step 4. Briefly describe the reason for cancel the service. In the Cancellation section, select the "At the end of the subscription" option, then click on the "Cancel service" button. Attention! If you select "Immediate", your cPanel account will be deleted automatically.
